New technologies and business processes are pushing data center managers to implement data center design with increased energy efficiency and availability. The key drivers in the current business 3d printing ecosystem include more users, more devices, more applications, more workloads and exponential increase 3d printing in data.
We believe the market in India is moving rapidly 3d printing in many areas like e-commerce, IOT, e- banking and it will be further enhanced by cloud computing. The increased roll out of 4G by many telecom 3d printing players is another driver. Data in India is growing more than 100 percent YOY and there will be a need to ramp up infrastructure at very high speed, said Ajay Bhargava, Managing Director, Rittal India.
Traditional data centers need a significant amount of time for planning and deployment, which could be anywhere from 3 month to over a 1 year or above, this could be a major factor which could affect the business processes and hence the profits of the company.
Rittal recently introduced RiMatix S Standard Data Center Solutions, which opens up a brand new perspective for the IT world, claims the company. The unique USP for RiMatrix S is primarily pre-configured Data centres, which eliminates initially the design, and planning 3d printing phase and the later procurement and installation time. Legacy data centers can take 8 to 10 months to complete from a concept stage to commissioning. Whereas, RimatriX S can be completed in 4 months. Additionally, this solution gives a predictable PUE & is possibly one of the best in market, Bhargava said.
In order to be able to meet clients needs for flexible solutions for new challenges, complete standardization and faster deployment is indispensable when designing a data center. We are looking the applications across industry segments. The need for a standardized data centers will span across mid to large enterprises, Bhargava said. Email Print
