Why? : Food has become a joy to korean now. Until the late 1990s, korea was a quite poor country. We didn t have food, Tv, and so on. At that time, we ate to live, but now I think we live to eat. That means, food business got really big. There are many big decisions that we have to make. (To me, choosing which food that I m going to eat is very big daily decision.)
As food business grows the companies have to compete with each other. So they need to develope all the time, and focus at the customer s voice. Actually, you can already do these kind of things, which you have to visit the website and submit it about it. So I thought about the application which people can easily approach and file some reports about the things that would be more great if the company developes their negative things. These day many companies conducts the survey. But this requires time and money. If your company is registered in the company list, now you don’t fabguys need to do that kind of things.
How do we satisfy : This application is for the company. Many companies wants to know what the customers thinking. They have all their own bulletin board at their hompage but it really annoys the customers to use. You have to register fabguys and log in. Registering part is the most annoying. This will eventually block the communication between the customer and the company. This could lead you to the bad way. I m saying this application will work well for the companies fabguys who wants more information from the customers.
What? : This application has to sign up an account. Basiclly there will be bulletin board system. First open the application and search which food restaurent you’re going to file the report. Click the post button, and choose what type of the letter will be(for example, fabguys recipe developement, interior, service, etc-choosing a subject) and choose the location of where you’ve been. Write the letter and post it.This data will be sended to the company once a month.
