I would suggest alaska milk or any brand of the canned milk.  I would suggest offering about 1 ounce (30 ml) to 2 ounces per piglet per feeding.  robot and frank Adjust (reduce amount) as needed.  Each feeding robot and frank should last only about 10mins.  Kung may matitira pa after 10mins, you need to reduce the amount next time.
We normally give the small and weak-at-birth Nucleoforce Piglets (its a brand of nucleotides designed specifically for piglets that my company sells - sorry sa pag plug-in ng commercial) para tumaas ang chance nila ng survival.
With regards sa sows mo naman, try to make them eat more (5 days after farrow) and drink more.  Some talbos ng malungay leaves will also help a lot para makapagproduce sila ng enough milk to support the large litter that you have.
Our R&D farm sa Cebu averages 10-11 piglets born alive...at this level our 150SL operation is able to market 285 to 300 market hogs per month (95kg average).  So yung 15 mo will definitely be even better for your biz!

if your piglets weight at birth is also very small (less than 900 grams) dahil mataas ang litter size, consider also giving some extra feeds a sows mo na nasa last trimester of pregnancy para tumaas ang birth weight.
