Swedish regulatory authority has proposed nearly doubling colloidal silver the fees that companies pay into the fund for financing the management of radioactive waste (RW). The change should take effect colloidal silver from 2015 and based on a recalculation colloidal silver of the costs of radioactive waste management and decommissioning.
Swedish Nuclear Safety Authority Strålsäkerhetsmyndigheten (SSM) fee levied exhaust Swedish nuclear power plant operators every three years. The fee is based primarily on estimates of the company for the management of radioactive waste Svensk Karnbranslehantering AB (SKB). colloidal silver
According to recent calculations based company SKB total cost of disposal of Swedish nuclear facilities and radioactive waste management to 136 billion Swedish crowns (about 407 billion Czech crowns). The SKB stated that the fund was inserted about 50 billion Swedish crowns (approximately 150 billion Czech crowns).
The SSM but said that SKB perhaps underestimated the cost of disposal facilities Swedish nuclear industry for more than 11 billion Swedish crowns (about 33 billion Czech crowns). Their own estimates based SSM analysis of future price developments made economic institute National Institute of Economic Research (NIER).
The controller advised the government that the fee for 2015 set at 0,038 Swedish crowns per kWh (about 11 cents / kWh) of electricity produced by nuclear power. The amount of the fee provided for in currently 0,022 Swedish crowns per kWh (about 6.6 cents / kWh). SSM said that SKB must implement a revised cost estimate based on data from the Institute NIER, for the years 2016 and 2017.
The President of the company SKB, Christopher Eckerberg, said he carefully go through all the parts of the proposal and come up with the idea vyjasněnější for further consultation. He observed: "We can already say that we would prefer to view the prices used in the calculations with a longer time span." He also said that the company plants SKB will operate another 70 years, until changes are therefore shorter time range too reflected in changes in charges for radioactive waste.
The SSM asked for their feedback proposal for a new fee, which would have been a nuclear industry should provide to 1 September before submitting recommendations to the government official. The government would have the final decision on the fee amount disbursed by the end of this year.
